Funeral Services Celebrating his life will be held at 2:30 pm, Tuesday February 28 2012 at Pierce-Jefferson Funeral Home Chapel with
Dr. Steve Martin official Interment will follow at Mt Gur cemetery
Ollie was the son of the late Rachel Smith and Raleigh Hicks.
Ollie believed in hard work his whole life. He worked for Gilbarco for
29 yrs. and Retired in 1999. He enjoyed hunting and to just sit and talk to folks. He also loved the mountains and the beach. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sisters Shirley, Claudia, and Thelma Hicks; brothers W.R, Joel, Arnold, and Harold Hicks; brother in law
Robert. Survivors include his wife Catherine Graves; son Allen Stancil Hicks and wife Bettie jo of Kernersville; sister Catherine Wilson L; brother Raleigh Troy and Dura of Tobaccoville, and Donald Gray and Ann of Kernersville; Grandchildren Ashley and Chris Hicks. The family will visit with friends Monday February 27 2012 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
