He was a graduate of Schoolfield High School. He was a Veteran of World War II and served in the United States Army. He was employed with the City of Danville in the Water Treatment Plant until he retired. He was a member of Saint Luke's United Methodist Church. He was first married to Frances Hubbard Price whom passed away.
He is survived by his wife Clarice; two brothers, Henry Seldon Price, Jr. and Norman Price (Catherine); two step-grandchildren. He was predeceased by two brothers, Herman Price and Norval Price; a sister, Estelle Kendrick; two step-daughters.
Burial will be in Highland Burial Park.
