He was born in North Bay, Ontario and resided in Joliet since 1959. Bill was a long time parishioner of the Cathedral of St. Raymond.
Harold is survived by his wife of 61 years, Sheila (nee Foster); children, James (Monica) Barker and Catherine Barker; grandchildren, Matthew and Dylan Barker; sister-in-law, Lorraine (the late Grant) Barker; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Teresa (nee Miller) Barker; 2 brothers, Grant and Leonard Barker; two sisters, Pat Usher and Joan Barker.
