In the name of God Amen I Julina Ammidown of Southbridge in the County of Worcester and Commonwealth of Massachusetts Considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory Blessed be Allmighty God for the same Do make and publish this my last will and testament In manner and form following that is to say.

1st That there be paid by my executor whom I shall hereafter name all my just debts & funeral charges and pay for sutable gravestones and have them erected at my grave first to be paid out of my estate as Also all expenses of selling my estate.

2nd I give and bequeath to my three brothers (viz) Larkin Ammidown and Adolphus Ammidown and John Ammidown and to my sister Olive Morse wife of Francis Morse to each of them or to their heirs or Assigns - one hundred dollars.

3rd I give and bequeath to my two nephews Otis Ammidown and Elbridge Ammidown or to their heirs or Assigns they being sons of my deceasd brother Otis Ammidown one hundred dollars to each of them.

4th I give and bequeath to Hannah Haskell and Juliett Haskell and Elizabeth Haskell or to their heirs or Assigns they being dauters of my deceasd sister Susanah who was wife of John Haskell forty dollars to each of them.

5th I give and bequeath to George & Elbridge Barns son of Moses Barns who was son of my deceasd sister Callina who was wife of Moses Barns or to his heirs or Assigns forty dollars.

6th I give and bequeath to Jane Ammidown and Merick Ammidown and Andros Ammidown or to their heirs of Assigns forty dollars to each of them they being sons & dauter of my brother Luis Ammidown.

7th I give and bequeath to the first Baptist Society in Southbridge one hundred dollars for the support of preaching in said Society to be paid over to a Person or Persons legally authorised to Receive the same meaning for a preacher of the Baptist order.

8th All the sums that I have given as above described to be paid over by my executor in one year after my decease if Legal guardian to minors if there should be any & once appointed so as my executor can with saifty pay the Legacies over with saifty to him seep(?).

9th the Remainder of Estate of what name or nature Soever I order & dyvest to be disposed of in manner and form following that is to say if I should decease before my mother my will is that it should be kept in the hand & possession of my Executor or his Assigns In trust that if it should happen that mother should need Any more assistant for her support then what is now already provied for her I order & dyrect my Executor to pay her Such Sum or Sums as he in his Judment thinks need full oversee the life of my mother after my decease if she outlives me -- thinks that the Provition Made for her support & sufficient I would have her discharge my Executor from this clause In my will. This is for my Home(?) and Mother Olive Ammidown Choice if the Executor is released from this clause the estate may all be settled in one year after my decease.

10th All the Remainder of my Estate that may be left After my Executor has paid out the Legacies before mentioned & Settled My debts & paid the funeral expenses and Erected grave stones Paid all expenses for settling my Estate if any be left To be equally divided to and among Larking Ammidown and Adolphus Ammidown and John Ammidown and Olive Morse my three brothers & sister before mentioned or their heirs and Assigns for Ever meaning said Olive Ammidown Decease or by her Acquittal & consent In her life time as the case may be.

12th (should be 11th) I hereby appoint Holmes Ammidown Sole Executor of this my last will and testamend hereby revoking all former wills made in witness whereof I have & here unto set my hand & seal this twentieth day of October In the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty four. Signed Sealed Published and Declared by the testator Julina Ammidown to be her last will and testament In the presence of us who have here unto Subscribed our names as witness in the presence of the testatrix.
