Steve Campbell, 46, of Hopkinsville died at 1:35 p.m. Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at Saint Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, TN.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Edgewood Baptist Church with Dr. John Birchett officiating. Burial will follow in Ridgetop Cemetery in Crofton. Visitation will be Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at Edgewood Baptist Church. Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home in Hopkinsville is in charge of the arrangements.

A native of Trigg County, KY he was born January 27, 1971 the son of Mary Lou Williams Campbell of Hopkinsville and the late Richard Lee Campbell. He was retired from Colonial Bread. He was currently a bailiff with the Christian County Jail. He was a member of Edgewood Baptist Church. He was a charter member of Bikers of Kentucky and a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Hopkinsville.

Survivors in addition to his mother include his wife: Kelly Pyle Campbell; his sons: United State Marine Tyler Campbell of Baltimore, MD and Dylan Campbell of Hopkinsville; his brother: Neal Campbell (Kathy) of Herndon, KY; his granddaughter: Maddie Mitchson; and his father-in-law and mother-in-law: Curtis and Diane Pyle of Crofton.

A fund has been established for Kelly Campbell at Heritage Bank for the benefit of the family. All checks should be made payable to Kelly Campbell.
