Rosemary Venable, 92, passed away on January 31, 2017 in Oroville California. Rosemary was born on November 17, 1924 to Rudolf & Rosalie Kovarik in Peoria, Illinois. She was preceded in death by her husband James H. Venable Jr. and one son James Jay Venable . She is survived by two daughters Christine Venable of Oroville and Susan Alexander of Bakersfield, California. She is also survived by one granddaughter Diane Godinez and her husband Gabriel of Bakersfield, California and three grandsons Matthew Alexander and his wife Debra of Yelm Washington, James P Venable and his wife Amanda of Oroville, California and James Jay Venable II and his wife Tasha of Stiles, Idaho. She is also survived by two great-grandsons Andrew Godinez of Bakersfield, California and James Venable of Oroville, California and three great-granddaughters Hailey and Ella Venable of Oroville, California and Amelia Alexander of Yelm, Washington. She was greatly loved and will be missed by all. She had the voice of an angel and played the piano at a concert quality level. Listening to her sing and play will always be cherished memories. Rosemary was cremated and her ashes entrusted to the care of her daughter Christine.
