Quincy Moore, age 67, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, formerly of Malvern, died on January 24, 2017. He was born in Steele, Missouri, on August 20, 1949.

Quincy was an outgoing, talkative person. He enjoyed life and liked to joke around. He loved his family. One of his favorite ways to pass time, was watching wrestling, he knew all of their names.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew Moore, Sr. And Myrtle Hill-Moore; son, Bobby Moore; brothers, Sam, Moses, Jerry and Joe; sisters, Hester Moore and Tennie Booker.

Quincy leaves to cherish his memory, his loving companion of over 20 years, Dessie Mae Owens of Hot Springs; sons, Robert Phillips, Jeremy Moore and Quinton Moore of Malvern; daughter, Ashley Moore of Malvern;

stepchildren, Annie Avington, Linda Vawters (Joe), Robert Huddleston, Eva Owens and Keith Owens (Sherita) all of Rockford, IL, Roosevelt Owens Jr., Dessie Ann Page and Pauline Street all of Arkadelphia, AR, Vivian Rouse (Charles) of Hot Springs Village, AR and Paul Owens (Brenda) of Ft. Smith, AR;

brothers, Andrew Moore, Jr. (Bobbie) of Malvern, Orby Moore of Miami, FL; sisters, Martha Brooks and Mattie Sue Cooper both of Miami, FL;

10 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be at Victory Praise and Worship Church in Malvern, Arkansas with Pastor Henry Mitchell delivering his eulogy. Burial will be at Perla Cemetery, Perla, AR.

Brandon’s Mortuary 329 West Third Street
Malvern, Arkansas 72104, in charge of arrangements.

A repast will be at the church following the burial.
