William Nickels/Nichols Shaw m Nancy Stevens on April 10, 1813 Steuben (then Lincoln now Washington County) Maine. Deacon Jonathan Stevens and his wife, Mary Tracy, were early settlers of Steuben. Nancy, the youngest daughter of Dea. Stevens, m. William Shaw, and died but recently. (Narraguagus Families)
