ROSIE D. PARKS, 86, of Memphis, died Thursday at Methodist South Hospital. Services will be at noon Tuesday at Fellowship United Missionary Baptist Church with burial in National Cemetery M.J. Edwards & Sons Funeral Home Whitehaven Chapel has charge. She leaves two sisters, Willie Mae Simmons of Memphis and Willie Pates of St. Louise, and a brother, Lee Thomas Jr. of Oxford, Miss.
