Allan M. Bishop, age 71, passed away Monday, January 30, 2017 at his home in McCook.
Allan was born to Archie M. and Regina “Maxine” (Carpenter) Bishop on May 30, 1945 in Flint, Michigan. He graduated from McCook High School in 1961.
He enjoyed farming. In his free time he loved following his grandchildren’s activities, showing cattle and roping.
Allan is survived by his sons, Mark and Brenda Bishop of Rudy, AR, Michael Bishop of Hamlet, NE, Christopher and Samantha Bishop of Denver, CO; four grandchildren, Kayla, Alek, Austin and Haleigh.
He was preceded by his parents.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Carpenter Breland Funeral Home with Terry McCorkle officiating. Burial will be in the Riverside Cemetery in Wauneta.
