Anthony was a resident of Cape Charles. He attended Cape Charles High School and was active in the Methodist Youth Fellowship.
He was living in Oklahoma City for the summer and was working at Sirloin Stockade Restaurant when he and 5 other employees were murdered at the restaurant.
