LINDA KAY RATLIFF
SOUTH SHORE, Ky. — Linda Kay Ratliff, 69, of South Shore, Kentucky went to be with the Lord, Friday, January 27, 2017 at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio.
Linda was born November 27, 1947 in Portsmouth, Ohio a daughter of the late Woodrow and Nettie Dillow Fannin.
Linda was an active member of Christ Community Church in Portsmouth and had a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Linda was the business owner and operator of Musketeer Beauty Shop of Greenup for almost 30 years and cherished her time with clients and friends. Once retired she fulfilled her dream of traveling. She and Jerry travelled all of the country including Alaska, California and Arizona and spent a great deal of time up and down the east coast. She looked forward to wintering with Jerry in their favorite place, Orange Beach Alabama.
She loved children and focused most of her charitable giving and volunteer time to things that improved the lives of children all over the world. She did have one very special child in her life, her only (and favorite) grandson Travis. Her world revolved around him from the moment he was born.
Linda was loved by many and will be missed by her family and friends until we are all reunited one day, in heaven. Knowing Linda, she will have everything ready for us all when we get there.
She is survived by
Her loving husband of 51years Jerry Ratliff
1 daughter Malissa (Brian) ORiordan of Ashville, Ohio
1 sister Shirley (James) Gammon of South Shore, Kentucky
1 grandson Travis Holbrook a junior at the University of Cincinnati
