Kerri's mother grieved because, after they donated Kerri's tiny body to science, they didn't have a place to visit to place flowers and remember her. Now the family can place virtual flowers at baby Kerri's memorial.

A poem for Kerri's mother and family:

Father,
Do girl angels giggle?
Do they fly
After bright shooting stars?
Do they slide
Down the Milky Way--
Shouting with glee
Do some keep their soft, silky hair?

Do you gather them up
In your comforting arms
When they skin their knees
On a cloud?
Oh...
Once in a while...
Are they-- LOUD?

Are there ever times
When you tell them of earth?
Reminding them how they were loved?

Do you kiss them for us?
The parents who cared--
And the rest of their earth families?

Once in a while do you let them--
Return for a moment or two?

Is it soft gentle breeze
Or Girl-Angel wings
Which brushes my cheek like a kiss?

Father,
Thou took her so quickly--
Was it truly part of Thy plan?
This sweet little spirit
Brought joy to our home
Oh, we had such wonderful dreams.

Oh, Father, my arms are so empty--
They long for that baaby so dear.
My days are so lonely--
The nights are too long--
Father, I don't understand...

Dear child--
Some trials have to be lived through
Have faith in my love
And my care.

Keep hope in the future-
For Angels are real.
I need to use yours for a while.

There's truly a promise Eternal
I have provided for you--

Families Forever--
You'll have her again
Oh, I will return her to you.

Believe that I love you for always,
And so does your sweet little one--

You'll hold her again
Please find hope in my plan
Your child is waiting for you.
