Randy “Ruff/Rude” William Jordan, age 20, of Richmond, Indiana, died in an automobile accident on Friday, January 27, 2017.

Randy was born on January 9, 1997, in Richmond, to Rex and Carla Gaston Jordan. He was a 2015 graduate of Centerville High School, where he was a tri-athlete. Randy was a sophomore at IU East. He enjoyed basketball and football. Randy was a member of Christ United Church. He had a big heart and was a very giving person. Randy was loved by many.

Survivors include his parents; sister, Tabatha Jordan; brothers, Elliott Gaston, Rex Jordan Jr., Luke Jordan, and Jack Chafin; girlfriend, Hannah Newland; special niece and nephew, Kashlyned Gaston and Kelvin Gaston; aunts, Tammy Vaughn and Amie Strothman; cousins; and many friends, including Austin Gossett and Mark Simpson.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Carlos Gaston; uncle, Randy Gaston; and best friend, Caleb Stevens.

Visitation for Randy William Jordan will be from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 2, 2017, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 2, 2017, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home with Major Everett Jordan officiating. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.
