Clostella was born Nov. 20, 1945 at St. Elizabeth Hospital, in Danville, Illinois to Owen W. and Dorothea M. Ellis, Sr.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, William; sister-in-law, Shirley; and many aunts and uncles.
She is survived by a brother, Owen (Phyllis) W. Ellis, Jr.; three nephews; three nieces; eight great-nephews and two great-nieces.
She quit school to go to work to help her mother after her father's passing. She first worked for Fonner's Dry Cleaning for three years, then Sems Motors in Tilton where she worked for the next 13 years. In 1982, she began working at Peterson Puritan for 25 years until retiring in 2008.
