Survivors include her daughters, Phyllis Lucky and her husband, Ernest of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Nancy Domenici and her husband, Senator Pete Domenici of Washington D.C., 16 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
Louise was preceded in death by her husband, William L. Burk and brother, Quinlan Summers.
Louise was a member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church.
Viewing and visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Monday, December 9, 2002 with a rosary to follow in the Chapel of Fitzgerald & Son Funeral Directors, 3113 Carlisle Blvd. NE. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 10, 2002 at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 11401 Indian School Rd. NE. Interment will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
