Bill, 92, Celina, died at Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center.

She was the son of Van and Martha (Smith) Ballinger. On Jun 8, 1952, he married Joyce Lime, who preceded him in death.

Surviving are two sons: Mark (Melissa Alexander), Celina, and Luke Ballinger, Ft. Wayne, IN; a daughter, Rita Schulte, Willmar, MN; and five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Deceased are two brothers and three sisters, all linked below.

A co-owner of Kinnison’s Tin shop, Celina, for 27 years, he worked at Lake Contracting, Celina, for 12 years. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Celina, where he was a Deacon, the Celina Masonic Lodge F & AM and the Celina Chapter of Royal Arch Masons and a former member of the Mercer County Sportsmen’s Association. He loved hunting and fishing at Elephant Lake in Minnesota. He enjoyed walking especially with his Boston Terriers’ Roxi and Roxi II.

Services will be at the First Presbyterian Church, Celina, with Nancy Clancy officiating. Burial will follow in the Swamp College Cemetery.
