Services for Melinda Wells will be held Monday, Jan. 30, at 2:00pm at Union Baptist Church, in Kemper County, with Brother Mike Vick officiating. Burial will be in church cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Ms. Wells, 48, of Shucktown community passed away Saturday, Jan. 28, 2017 at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson.

She was a member of Union Baptist Church. Melinda was a longtime employee of Winn Dixie and she also worked at Johnson Mobile Homes as part Store Manager.

Melinda is survived by her Daughter Miranda Gibson and son, Jacob Bozeman. Her parents, Johnny and Joyce Bozeman. Sisters, Sheila Ratcliffe, Allie Bozeman, and Mackenzie Bozeman, a brother, John Bozeman and an Uncle, Jerry Bozeman. She is also survived by her granddaughter, Azlynn Parker, and numerous nieces , nephews and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, J. C. and Ruby Bozeman.

Visitation will be Sunday from 5:00pm till 7:00pm at the funeral home and from 1:00pm till 2:00pm at the church on Monday.
