Samantha Bookout Ballard, 25, of Muskogee, Oklahoma passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2017. Born September 2, 1991 to Jeffrey Jay Bookout and Anita Joann Stout, she grew up and attended Okay Public Schools. After finishing her education, she then went on to become a manager at a fast food restaurant. She took great pride in being a mother.
Her hobbies include spending time with her daughter and family, playing her guitar, riding four wheelers, and watching her daddy and cousin race stockcars.
Samantha is preceded in death by her maternal grandmother Linda Stout; paternal grandfather, Larry Bookout; maternal great grandparents, James and Margie Glass, Albert and Myrtle Stout; paternal great grandparents, Bob and Marjorie Davis, JR and Ruby Bookout. A celebration of Samantha's life will be 11:00A.M., Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at Cornerstone Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Gary McElmurry and Brother Gary Martin officiating. Interment will follow at Greenhill Cemetery.
