He was an Air Force Veteran, a Baptist and member of National Rifle Association, Mr Logan, the widower of Ellen Fyfe Logan, leaves a daughter Kelly Logan Spratlin of Memphis, Tennessee; a son Joe Kelly Logan Jr of Clarksdale, Ms; a brother Lytton Logan III of Los Alamos, N.M., and a grandchild. The family request that any memorials be sent to the American Cancer Society.
