Rebecca is survived by sons, Jeff L. (Vicky) Sweet of Independence, Kentucky, Jerry L. (Tammy) Sweet of Moscow, Ohio, Larry Reeves, Sam Reeves and Lester D. Reeves, all of Indianapolis; daughter, Frances Gossett and Mary (Danny) Troxell, both of Indianapolis; special friend, R.T. McClain of Celina, Tennessee; sisters, Pauline Ross of Phoenix, Arizona and Kathryn Courtney of Covington, Kentucky; 17 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Rebecca was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Reeves; brothers, Sam Sweet, Jr., Charles Sweet, Duke Sweet, Eddie Sweet and Harlan Sweet and sisters, Frances Rigdon, Isabelle Poole and Joann Shouse.
Funeral services 12:00 p.m. January 27, 2017 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home - 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, where friends may call after 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood.
