Glenn Truman Baker of San Antonio passed away January 25, 2017 at the age of 91.
He was born May 25, 1925 in Thalia, Texas to Devero and Beatrice (Bruce) Baker.
Glenn is survived by his wife Marie; sons, Walter Glenn, Hugh Edward, Alvin Garland and wife Donna, Verland Ray and wife Mary; daughters, Glenda Nell and husband Joe Stanley and Priscilla Ruth and husband Jim Crossley; brother, Leon and wife Mary Baker; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Devero and Beatrice Baker, his first wife of 64 years Nellie E. Baker; son, Truman Lee; five brothers and two sisters.
Visitation will be held Thursday February 2, 2017 from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m., with family receiving friends from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., at the Hurley Funeral Home Chapel in Devine.
Chapel service will be Friday February 3, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the Hurley Funeral Home Chapel in Devine with interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Devine.
A memorial service will be held Saturday February 4, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Westover Hills Assembly of God Church 9340 Westover Hill Blvd. San Antonio.
