He was born in Bellefontaine on April 10, 1978 to Kenneth E. Sickles and Carol Lee (Thompson) Hughes.
He is survived by his mother, Carol Lee Hughes; sons, Logan Thompson and Treyce Thompson; sisters, Mary Ann Thompson and Amy Thompson; nieces and nephews, Branten, Brianica and Ariahna; aunt and uncle, Susan and Mike Leugers, whom raised Wesley; and a special cousin, Brad LyBurtus.
Wesley worked at Mama Rosa in Sidney and enjoyed skiing, fishing, golf, softball and watching the OSU Buckeye football and Cincinnati Bengals.
Visitation will be from 2-5 pm on Saturday, January 28, 2017, at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 321 N. Main St., Bellefontaine. Burial will be in Huntsville Cemetery at a later date.
