Mr. McNeill, 93, died Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at the McLeod Hospice House in Florence.
Born in Waxhaw, NC, May 17, 1923, he was the son of the late Alexander Sandy McNeill and Narcissus Johnson McNeill.
He was a member of First Presbyterian Church, and was a U.S. Army Veteran, having served in World War II.
Survivors include his wife of 69 1/2 years, Frances McNeill of Dillon; daughter-in-law, Annette Caulder McNeill of Dillon; grandchildren, Kim (Michael) Cook, Chad (Kelly) McNeill, Katina Sensing, and Chuck McNeill; 6 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Mr. McNeill was preceded in death by his son, William Sandy McNeill.
