All lot holders, relatives and friends of persons interred in said burying ground located on the northeast side of Roy (formerly Green) st.[sic], northeast of Germantown ave. [sic] (formerly in the Rising Sun Village), in the Thirty-third Ward of the City of Philadelphia, will take notice that pursuant to the act of Assembly and the decree of the Court of Quarter Sessions of the County of Philadelphia, it is the intention of the trustees of said church to remove the remains of the dead from said burial ground to Oakland Cemetery, Frankford, in the Twenty-third Ward.
