Micheal Lee Stringfellow, passed away on December 28, 2016 with his family by his side in San Antonio, Tx.
Michael is a brother of the San Antonio Fire Department for over 30 years. Michael along with 54 other firefighters made up the first SAFD paramedic class in 1974. These men were the pioneers of an EMS System that would be second to none in the state of Texas.
Michael's life was his kids and his career as a paramedic, which he helped and saved so many lives all throughout his living years.
