GRESHAM - Jodie M. "Jo" Dozier Wilson, 93, died Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at Mullins Nursing Center after an illness. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 27, 2017 at Richardson Funeral Home of Marion. Burial will follow at Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Wilson was born in Mullins, SC, a daughter of the late Boyd and Ethel Stroud Dozier. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Woodrow W. Wilson; brothers, R. A. Dozier (Myrtle) and Bunky Dozier; and sisters, Violet Prince (Bill), Mary Law (Walter), Frances Frazier (Russell), Nancy Enzor (Charles), and Daisy Ruth Enzor.
Mrs. Wilson was a homemaker and member of Friendship Baptist Church.
Surviving are her daughters, Mary Ellen Wilson Stokes (Pete) of Columbia, SC, Olivia W. Smith (Jerrell) of Friendship, SC, Vivian W. Johnson (Jim) of Waynesville, NC and Margie W. Wise (Jerome) of Marion, SC; a brother, Johnny Dozier (Eulee) of Mullins, SC; 12 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
