Anthony L. (Tony) McCormick, 38 of Clay, died Tuesday, November 5, at his home in Clay.
He was employed by Webster County Coal Company and was an avid hunter and a Nascar fan.
He was a five year member of Oak Grove Union Cumberland Presbyterian Church near Clay.
He was preceded in death by his father, Bill McCormick in 1999.
Survivors include his wife of 17 years, Jerrell; a daughter, Ashlee McCormick and a son, Seth McCormick, both at home; his mother, Wanda McCormick of Clay; one sister, Marilyn Ware of Clay; one brother, Tim McCormick of Clay and grandmother, Opal McCormick Watts of Louisville.
Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at 1:00 from Vanover Funeral Home with Rev. Dale Williams officiating.
Burial was in New Clay Cemetery in Clay.
A trust fund has been set up for Ashlee and Seth McCormick. Contributions may be made at any Integra Bank.
