Edna Othelia (Gann) Abrams, 100, passed away peacefully Jan 22, 2017. She was born Feb 16, 1916 in Ninnekah, OK to Hettie Mae (Jeter) and Walter Laud Gann.
After graduating from Ninnekah High School and Drawns School of Business in OKC, she worked as an accountant in OKC retiring from the City of Nichols Hills.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Christine Finnell; brother-in-law, Jean Finnell; two husbands, Frank Strickland and Murray Abrams.
She is survived by son, Lonnie Strickland of San Antonio, TX; daughter, Patricia Ann (Jones) Harper, OKC; granddaughters, Kimberly (Strickland) Hicks, Hydro, OK, Heather (Strickland) Copeland, OKC and Gwen (Harper) Leclerc, Edmond; great-grandchildren, Alex Hicks, Maci Steiner, Jackson Steiner, Ashton Cooley and Cecilia Leclerc.
Memorial services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, Jan 26, 2017 at the Smith & Kernke N. May Chapel.
