Francis J. "Maj" Marth, 74, of Allentown, died Friday, Oct. 25, in Sacred Heart Hospital.
He was a self-employed roofing and siding contractor for 35 years in Allentown.
Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late George and Mary (Lahner) Marth.
He was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, Allentown.
He was an Army veteran of World War II.
He was a member of St. Aloysius Young Men's Society and the St. Francis Society, both of Allentown.
Survivors: Sisters, Marie Deutsch, with whom he resided, and Julia Hancharik of Allentown, and brothers, Joseph, with whom he resided, and Frederick of Bowmanstown.
Services: 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, Weber Funeral Home, 502 Ridge Ave., Allentown; Mass at 10 a.m. in the church. Call 8:30-9:30 a.m. Tuesday.
