Edward D. Morrow, 54, of Bartonville, Illinois, passed away Saturday, January 21, 2017 at his residence. He was born on May 10, 1962 in Canton, Illinois to Edward Dee and Judith Kay (Williams) Morrow. He married Marjorie Schoonover on December 31, 1982 in Lewistown, Illinois. She preceded him in death on March 27, 2016 in Bartonville. He was also preceded in death by his father.
He is survived by his two children, Melissa (Nels) Soderberg of Larimie, Wyoming and Michael (Vanessa Malcom) Morrow of Pekin. He has two grandsons, Weston and Wyatt Soderberg; his mother, Judith Morrow of Banner, Illinois; two brothers, Joseph (Shellie) Morrow of East Peoria and John Morrow of Canton. He has several nieces and nephews.
Edward was the president and owner of Sprinkmann Insulation Inc. for 15 years. He was the past fire chief of Banner, He enjoyed time with his family at their cabin in Schuyler County. He loved spending time with his grandsons. He was an avid fisherman and hunter and NASCAR Fan. .
Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Friday, January 27, 2017 at the Davison Fulton Bartonville Chapel. Brandon Callaway will officiate. Visitation will be from 4 until 7pm at the funeral chapel on Thursday. Burial will be in the Walnut Cemetery near Banner. Memorials may be made to the Scleroderma Foundation.
