Patrick M. Walsh Rites
Piedmont, W. Va., March 1—Services for Patrick M. Walsh, 68, husband of the late Rose Ann (Hines) Walsh who died Wednesday at Potomac Valley Hospital, Keyser, were held yesterday morning from St Peter's Catholic Church with requiem high mass with Rev. Victor Dowglallo, assistant pastor, officiating. The Rev. Monsignor A. Scarpatt, pastor, and the Rev. Stephen Chyllnski assistant, were in the sanctuary. Interment was in St. Peter's Cemetery. Pallbearers were John Allen, Edward Pendergast, Richard Carey,Dayton Panto, Thomas Walsh and John Dugan. Among those attending were Thomas Walsh, Baltimore,and Homer Clark, Keyser. A son of the late Mathias and Sabina Walsh, Mr. Walsh was born at Oakland, Md. He lived here forty five years. He worked as a carman at the Baltimore and Ohio at Keyser thirty-six years, being retired three years ago. He had lived in Maysville, W Va about a year. His Wife, Mrs. Rose Ann (Hines)Walsh died in 1922. Surviving are two sons, John J. and Thomas P. Walsh, Piedmont, and one daughter, Mrs. Forrest Clark, Keyser; also four brothers, Owen Walsh, Westernport; Martin Walsh, South Dakota;Thomas Walsh Baltimore, and John Walsh, Cumberland.
