Kenneth Lee Russell, 92, passed away January 21,2017.
He was a charter member of Good Shephard Lutheran Church, a Navy veteran of W.W. II, a retired supervisor at L.G.E., a member of Iroquois American Legion Post 229 and a Kentucky Colonel.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his wife Gladys E. Russell, and daughter Martha Sue Dodds.
He is survived by his children Donald L. Russell (Beth), Douglas G. Russell (Vonnie), Steven C. Russell (Andy) and Paul C. Russell (Judy); 14 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be Wednesday at 10 A.M. at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church 9718 Dixie Highway with burial in Bethany Cemetery.
Visitation will be Tuesday 2 P.M. until 8 P.M. at Owen funeral Home 5317 Dixie Highway.
In lieu of flowers donation can be made to his church.
The family wanted to give a special thanks to Pastor Romer and Dr. Licandro and the staff at Baptist Health Care
