Michelle Diane (Ashcroft) Stewart, age 48, of Comstock Park, passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2016 in Grand Rapids, MI after a 5 week battle with cancer. She was born on January 22, 1968 to Mike and Barbara (Ebel) Ashcroft in Fremont, MI. Michelle was an honor student graduate from Grant High School in 1986 and Ferris State University in 1990. She was an avid reader and especially enjoyed spending time in her flower garden.

Michelle is survived by her husband of 26 and 1/2 years Joe, Parents Mike and Barbara Ashcroft, brother, Brian (Kellie) Ashcroft, nieces, Alexis and Rebecca Ashcroft, Father-in-law and Mother-in-law, Jim and Judy Stewart, brother-in-law, John Stewart, nephew, Daniel Stewart, niece, Ruby Stewart, aunts, uncles and cousins and her beloved cat Louise.
