He was born July 14, 1963 in Perryville, MO, son of Billy L. Thompson of Murphysboro, Il, and the late by Lora (Ward) Thompson.
Brent was a Truck Driver for HYC Trucking in Hillsboro, MO. He was of the Baptist Faith.
Survivors include one son and one daughter, Emilie (Charles) Uptegrove of Farmington and Sam Thompson of Farmington, three sisters, Annette Niemeyer of Chester, Il, Deborah Bishop of Iowa and Erika Hahn of St. Genevieve, MO, and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother, one infant sister, Carolyn Marie.
Visitation will be held at Young & Sons Funeral Home on Thursday, January 26 from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm. Funeral Service will be held at Young & Sons Chapel on Thursday at 1:00 pm with Rev. Robert Thompson officiating.
Memorials are preferred to family use.
