He is survived by his father, Jeffrey Cox, Fairmount, and his mother and step-father, Claudia and Gary Shields of Moab, Utah; 4 brothers, Mr. Christopher Sean (Traci) Cox, Cumberland, Ohio; Mr. Jeffrey Nicholas Ross-Cox, Moab, Utah; Mr. Adam Wayne Cox, Moab, Utah; and Mr. Caleb Michael Cox, Fairmount. Other siblings include, Jared Payne, Norfolk, Va.; Lydia Payne and Kelsey Payne, both of Fairmount; and Kenny Lee Gegner, Richmond; several aunts, uncles, and cousins, and all the children who loved him.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, William E. and Peggy R. Cox; and maternal grandparents, Delbert and Beth Nelson Parker.
