Charles M. Crocker, 87, of Union Dale, died Thursday at the Forest City Personal Care Center. He was predeceased by two wives, the former Marian Thomas in 1982 and the former Barbara Correll on Dec. 19.

He was born in Carbondale, son of the late Medford and Sibyl Constantine Crocker. Charles was a graduate of Benjamin Franklin High School, Carbondale, attended Keystone College and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Lehigh University. He served in the Army and was stationed in Germany, and in the Pennsylvania National Guard. Charles had been employed as an engineer for Hendrick Manufacturing Co., Carbondale, for 33 years.

He was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Carbondale, where he had served as treasurer and a member of the building and administrative boards. Charles was also a member of the Triple M Club.

Surviving are a daughter, Susan Crocker, Basking Ridge, N.J.; a son, Thomas Crocker, Williamsport.

A graveside service will be scheduled at a future date in Rounds Cemetery, Union Dale.
