Frankie “Lard” Scott 73, of Paint Rock, passed away Saturday Morning at Starr Regional Medical Center In Athens. Frankie is preceded in death by parents, Clarence& Annie Lou Scott, brothers, J.B. & Arthur Scott, nephew, Bobby Scott, and special friend Arnold Miller.
Survivors, wife of 49 years Wanda (Lones) Scott, children, Eddie and Tonya Scott, Wayne & Darlene Scott, and Renea & Carl Ford. Grandchildren, Jeremy Scott, Kelley Scott, Holly Scott, Haley Watson ,Eric & Chelsea Scott, Tyler Scott, Zachery Scott, Corey Scott, Stephanie & Andrew Thompson, Stacy & Tyler Beach, Nathaniel Smith, Waylon Ford, Virginia Ford, and Montana Ford; great-grandchildren, Austin Scott and Dakota Beach; brothers, Junior & Marilyn Scott of Loudon, Charlie & Mary Scott and Martha & David Edgmon of Sweetwater; sister-in-law, Louise Scott of Sweetwater. Funeral service 1 p.m. Tuesday Loudon Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Terry Franks and Rev. Jeff Thompson officiating. Interment to follow at Community Baptist Church Cemetery for graveside service.
