Sherrie Ranee Trent Browning, 43 of Gilbert, departed this life Tuesday, January 17, 2017 to be with her Lord and her many loved ones, from Pikeville Medical Center. Born October 9, 1973 at Logan, she was the daughter of Joseph Clinton and Doris Trent. Sherrie was preceded in death by her uncle: James Ferguson; her mother-in-law: Wilma Faye Browning; and her sister-in-law: Eva (Sissy) Browning; her grandmothers: Mina Ferguson and Tilda Trent; niece: Chyna Ellis. She had a heart of gold. She loved helping others and she was a joy to be around. Sherrie was of the Pentecostal Holiness Faith. Those left to love and cherish her memory are her parents: Joseph Clinton and Doris Trent; her husband: Buddy Wayne Browning; sister: Lisa (PJ) Collins; brothers: Clinton Michael and Billy (Wilma) Trent, all of Hampden; sister-in-law: Angie (David) Canterbury; father-in-law: Bud Browning; her brothers-in-law: Darren (Angie) and Jody Browning; her nieces and nephews: Rikka and Miranda Collins, Jacob and Jonah Trent, Brad and Ranee Browning, Liam Jace Powers, Amber Browning, Austin Runyon, Daryonna Sherri Faye Browning, Cheyann, Aiden, and Hayden Browning, Megan and Tyler Dockstader. She also leaves behind a host of other family and friends. Friends may gather with the family Saturday, January 21, 2017 from 6 to 9 pm at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel, where funeral services will commence Sunday, January 22, 2017 at 1:00 pm, with the Rev. Denny May, Rev. Danny Ward and Rev. Diamond Carter officiating. Burial will follow in the Browning Family Cemetery at Wharncliffe. Sherrie will be carried to her final resting place by pallbearers: Darren, Jody and Brad Browning, David Canterbury and Kevin Dockstader and other family and friends. Honorary pallbearers are: Clinton Michael and Billy Trent, PJ, Chad and Tim Collins, Mikie and Charles Christian, Greg and Kevin Ferguson, and the late Charlie Ferguson. She had a beautiful smile that we will miss deeply, and we loved her so much. Go Rest High, Our Angel. We will always love you.
