Mrs. Schachter was the loving mother of Marilyn (William) Forstot, Joan Makely and Gary Schachter; dear sister of Helen (Lenny) Aronson and Alex (Millie) Ashepa; cherished grandmother of Adam, Jonathan, Jason and Kevin. Graveside services will be held on Sunday, June 8, 1997 at 3 PM at Wellwood Cemetery in Farmingdale, NY (516) 249-2300.
