Gary A. Lundberg, age 63, was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and passed away December 31, 2016 in Peoria, Arizona. He made his home with his wife Patti, in Novelty, Ohio for approximately 38 years.

Gary and his family grew up in the city of Willoughby, Ohio, and Patti lived 8 houses down. They were high school sweethearts and married in 1973. Gary Lundberg graduated from Willoughby South High School in 1971. They lived in Willowick,Ohio then moved to Novelty, Ohio where they had their one daughter Niki.

Gary worked at Lincoln Electric for 40 years, and retired a few years ago.

Glen Lundberg (Father) survives his son Gary, his mother Marjorie Lundberg is deceased. His wife Patricia (Penko) Lundberg is survived along with their beautiful daughter Nicole Lundberg-Vukoder (Samuel) and two grandchildren Mason and Ava, who Gary loved and treasured fully. He has a sister Sandra Lundberg-Marketich (Edwin) and niece Cassie, Patti's Sister Sharon Crail (Jack deceased) with a niece Lindsay and nephew Jordan. Also survived are Patti's two brothers, Gary, John and her mother, Phyllis Penko. Patti's father Emil is deceased.

In Gary's final months Patti, along with Niki, Sam and Patti's sister Sharon and husband Jack were by Gary's side, helping Gary as much as they could. Many thanks to all who helped Gary and Patti at this time. Patti's cousins Kerry Pevarski and wife, Lois, also were there. Gary's son-in-law Samuel helped immensely. He loved his father-in-law so much, as all the family did. Gary and Patti lived in Peoria, Arizona in the winter and to be with their daughter and grandchildren. Gary died peacefully surrounded by his family.

He was baptized in Buffalo, New York, July 1969 as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. He served at the Chesterland, Ohio Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses as an Elder, who always helped his congregation in any way possible. In the winter, his wife Patti and Gary, lived in Arizona where his daughter and son in law, with his two precious grandchildren lived. He firmly believed in this scripture at Isaiah 25:8 "He (God) will swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces."
