He was a 1965 graduate of Bishop Kenrick High School. For 42 years, he worked as a distributor for the Philadelphia Inquirer Pat was a funny, witty, caring, generous, and selfless man who cared for his family and friends deeply. He enjoyed watching all Philadelphia teams but the Eagles were his favorite. He was a season ticket holder for over forty years. Pat also enjoyed solving crossword puzzles, listening to music, and playing with his grandchildren. He was also a long-time member of the Norristown Maenner-Chor Club.
Pat is survived by his loving wife Lisa Ann along with his three loving children; F. Patrick Jr. (Jamie), Brian Byrnes, and Shannan Herman (Rich). He is also survived by seven brothers and sisters; Patty, Billy (Sue), Jimmy (Barbara), Denny (Sally), Barbara, Clare, Ede Kay (Ted). Pat also leaves two cherished grandchildren, Nate and Teagan as well as several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to Pat’s Life Celebration on Friday, January 29, 2016 from 6:00-9:00 p.m. at the Boyd-Horrox-Givnish Funeral Home, 200 W. Germantown Pike, East Norriton PA, 19401 and again on Saturday, January 30, 2016 from 10:00-11:00 a.m. with his funeral service starting at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Holy Ghost Orthodox Cemetery. Services are entrusted under the care of the Boyd-Horrox-Givnish Funeral Home, East Norriton.
