According to Artists in Ohio, 1787-1900: A Biographical Dictionary by Jeffrey Weidman, Christian Fabronius is not his father. From what I can see, he was actually David Christian Fabronius and went by Christian. A prominent Lithographer in his own rights. David C Fabronius is prob Jr. So if Christian Fabronius is not his father, then he is prob an uncle. I just don't see why the connection of parentage is not accepted. David C Fabronius followed Dominique C Fabronius from state to state, town to town.
