Dorothy married Raymond Virgil Schupp and they had a son named Wayne. They separated after a few years of marriage.
Dorothy remained active in the church and community. She moved to Massillon and lived there until her death.
Surviving her death was son Wayne Schupp of Stone Creek, sisters Mrs Donald Green of New Philadelphia and Mrs John H Ellwood of Stone Creek, and brother, Charles Mizer of New Cumberland.
