Connie Mack Adams, 86, from San Angelo, passed away in Odessa on January 15, 2017. Connie Mack was born in Burnet Count, Texas, on June 7, 1930, to William Harvey Adams and Glen Dale Wolf Adams. He was married to Edith Olvena Helms on June 5, 1950.

He worked for Coca Cola 18 years and Tom Green County for 10 years. He retired in 1994. He loved to lead float trips down the Rio Grande, fish, and four wheeling. He was jack of all trades. There was nothing the man could not do.

Connie Mack was preceded in death by his father, William Harvey Adams, in July of 1977, at the age of 83; his mother, Glen Dale Adams, in 2003 at the age of 99; and his wife, Edith Olvena Adams, on January 17, 1975. He was survived by a son, two daughters, six grandsons, three granddaughters, and 17 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by one brother, one sister, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Funeral service January 18, 2017, in the Ellis Funeral Home Chapel. On Saturday, January 21, 2017, services will be held in Lampasas, Texas; he will then be laid to rest at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Lake Victor, Texas.
