Born at the family home, she was the daughter of the late Dominick and Diana (DeVirgeles) Rosati.
She began her education at St. Mary's School in Hudson Falls until the eighth grade, and then graduated from Hudson Falls High School.
Following high school, she was employed at W.T. Grant, formerly in Hudson Falls, Imperial Color, formerly in Queensbury, Coca Cola Bottling Plant, formerly in South Glens Falls, and retired from C.R. Bard in Queensbury.
She was a member of the “C.R. Bard birthday girls,” who went out to dinner for each of their birthdays every year. Following retirement, she worked for K-Mart. She loved working for K-Mart because they treated her like family. They celebrated her every birthday with a cake. She made many lifelong friends there.
She was a faithful member of St. Michael The Archangel Church in South Glens Falls.
She was the caregiver of her family. She took loving care of her mother, father, brothers and sister. She would go out of her way to help anyone she could. The center of her world were her grandsons, the joy of her life. There is no doubt, the sun rose and set with them. Through her life, she was blessed with a wonderful family and caring friends. One of her favorite times with her family, was celebrating Christmas Eve.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her sister Josephine Ballard; her brothers Fred Rosati, Vincent Rosati, Phil Rosati and John Rosati; her niece Nancy Ballard and her sister-in-law Shirley Rosati.
Survivors include her daughter and her husband; her two grandchildren; her adopted grandson; her sister; two brothers; her sisters-in-law; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services were held at the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc., 68 Main Street in Hudson Falls.
A Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Michael the Archangel Church in South Glens Falls, Reverend Guy A. Childs, pastor, officiating.
The Rite of Committal will be in the spring.
