He leaves his wife, Frances, and a brother, Arthur C. Edwards of Johnstown.

Mrs. William Osborne of 18 9th st SE has received news of the death early this morning of her uncle, Hallie A. Edwards, 71, of 215 Flynn ave, Akron. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Frances Schrock Edwards, a former Massillon resident, and a brother who resides in Johnstown. The funeral will be held Wednesday at Johnstown.
