Faye Jerrels Foster, 54, died Wednesday, July 6, 2011, at Shands Hospital in Gainesville. She was a graduate of Chiefland High School, worked at Georgia Pacific for 19 years and later worked at Starke Elementary lunch room.
She is survived by her husband, Don Foster; mother, Hazel Jerrels; brothers, Jasper Jerrels and Jerry Jerrels; sisters, Kathy Thomas and Janice (Fred) Kidd; 22 nieces and nephews, many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jasper Jerrels.
There will be a memorial 11:30 a.m., Saturday, July 23 at Joe Anderson Park, just across the Suwannee River bridge. Following the memorial, there will be a meal at the Park. Bring a covered dish and join the family. For more information, call Janice at 493-9212.
