"Death at Lexington.
Mrs. Elizabeth Buel, maiden name Helman, died at her home at Lexington on Wednesday morning at 4.15, aged 72 years, 11 months and 29 days. On Saturday August 3, she was afflicted with a paralytic stroke, but was conscious until near the last. Her husband, Elijah Buel, died about fourteen years ago. She was a member of the Brunnerville United Brethren church for a number of years. The following are the surviving children: Annie, wife of Robert Clausen, Mary, wife of J. C. M. Biemesderfer, William and Elizabeth, of Reading; Milton and Ella, at home. The surviving sisters are Mrs. William Smith and Miss Kate Helman, of Lititz; and Mrs. Harriet Vollertsen, who lives among her children at different places. The funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 P. M. at the house to proceed from there to the United Evangelical cemetery at Lititz for interment by the side of her husband. Rev. S. S. Dougherty of Elizabethtown will officiate. Conveyances will meet the noon trains at Lititz for the nearest relatives."
