Pat Powell Jones, 73, of Naples, FL, passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2017. She had been a Naples resident since 1973. She was born March 11, 1943 in New Haven, CT, the daughter of Charles and Julienne (née Depathy) Powell.
Pat won the Miss Connecticut title in 1962. She was a dance instructor for Arthur Murray Studios in New York and San Francisco.
Mrs. Jones is survived by her beloved son, Scott C. Jones of Naples, FL; her cousins, Jacqueline Brodeur of Naples, FL, Aurise B. (the late Stewart) Bain of Jensen Beach, FL and Jeanne (the late Joe) Brandt of Georgetown, TX; her sister-in-law, Ginny (the late Charles) Powell; and niece and nephew, Dawn and Michael Powell.
Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements are being handled by Shikany’s Bonita Funeral Home.
